2010 ALSA CONFERENCE
The 2010 ALSA conference will be held from the 12th until the 18th of July.  This annual event is one of the largest student conferences in Australia, and the only conference of its kind for law students.  It is THE social event for all law students and is open to every Law Student Society member in Australia, New Zealand and South-east Asia.
Every law student should go to at least one ALSA Conference before they graduate, and this is definitely the conference to go to!  It’s going to be AWESOME!
For more information visit ALSA, or talk to the ALSA representative at your university’s law student society.

What happens at Conference?
ALSA Conference sees about 500 national and international law students converge on one poor unsuspecting city... and wreak havoc. There are social events such as:

  • ALSA Conference also hosts the national championships of the five major legal competitions (Mooting, Witness Examination, Client Interviewing, Negotiation & Paper Presentation) so you will be sure to see some high-class teams at work. But wait... there's more!  During the week there are also Careers Seminars, Seminars on really interesting legal topics presented by high profile speakers, and seminars on Legal Education in Australia. Sleep is stricly optional - there is so much to do at ALSA Conference, you will always be on the go. With 500 law students all in one place, it is also an opportunity to make new mates from all over the world.
