Confidential Complaints
Welcome to MULS' Complaint Service.
This service is for Macquarie Law students to raise complaints or issues regarding the structure or content of the law degree and academic conduct. This extends to university, faculty or law school policy, conduct in individual units (including assessments) and anything else concerning issues surrounding your law degree.
All entries are confidential and no complaint will be acted upon without first consulting the complainant. No complaint will be acted upon without the approval of the complainant. Please note that while anonymous complaints will be read and considered, providing your contact details will allow us to follow-up your issue faster and with more information. All personal details are confidential and will not be made available without consent.
NO ACADEMIC OR UNIVERSITY OFFICIAL WILL SEE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS OR COMPLAINT WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT.
If you have any issue regarding: - Academic conduct - Assessments - Tutorial issues (including tutors not showing up) - Lecture issues (including lecturers refusing to give "live" lectures and lectures being cancelled) - Workload (including excessive or inadequate workload) - Clashing of assessments/exams - Neglect of external students - Neglect of graduate students - Anything else relating to your degree Please leave your name, contact details and issue below and we will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
